Sharma regular vegetable cutting machine, a commercial vegetable cutter for hotels, restaurants, catering services and commercial kitchens, with a 1 HP Single Phase motor and an 8 Blade (DIE). It cuts, chops, shreds and grates vegetables and fruits, with the cut set by the blade or cutting disc fitted, and comes with a standard cutting blade. Built with a stainless steel body for regular use in commercial food preparation, it speeds up vegetable and fruit preparation, reduces repetitive manual cutting where large quantities are prepared every day, improves kitchen workflow and gives more consistent cuts when operated correctly. Cutting speed and results depend on the vegetable or fruit, its size and firmness, the selected blade and the operator's technique.
