This 600 Kg poultry feed plant pairs a commercial poultry feed grinder with a screw conveyor. It suits cattle feed, poultry feed and animal feed businesses. The 10 HP grinder, also called a dalia or bharda making machine, grinds grains such as corn (makka), kapasiya, soyabean and tobaccos. It gives an approx. capacity of 500 to 800 Kg per hour. The heavy MS fabricated body has a big 20 X 12 chamber with a standard hammer mechanism. A 6 Inch X 10 Inch screw conveyer moves the material. The micro mill feed grinder runs on a 2880 RPM motor and comes with three screens. A standard starter and AMP meter give overload protection, and the plant is easy to operate and move anywhere. The blue grinder sits on a wheeled frame under a top hopper marked 10 HP. The teal inclined conveyor has its own motor, feed hopper and stands.
