Mini dal mill with grader machine, a dal splitter for small business. One motor drives the chakki, blower and grader in a heavy fabrication body. A manual setting splits the dal and removes almost all its cover, and the grader separates the small dal parts. It runs on a foundation. It carries a 14 inch flour mill with an Emery Stone of 14 X 75 MM and a 3 HP motor, single phase or three; the single phase motor runs at 1440 RPM on 220 V. Blower size is 5 X 10, capacity approx. 60 to 80 Kg and weight approx. 300 Kg. It is semi automatic, with a mesh grader tray on a black frame.
