The "Sharma Banana Slicer Machine" is a semi-automatic banana chips making machine, also sold as a banana wafer machine, banana slicing machine or banana chips cutting machine, for snack shops, small food businesses and home-based snack production. It slices bananas for chips and wafers and cuts down repetitive hand slicing when larger quantities are made. The stainless steel body carries an aluminium die set, a carbon blade for sharp cutting and 3 die types. The machine has a box-shaped base, a round cutting head with a central feed tube and a wide curved stainless steel tray. It is easy to operate and clean, and runs on a domestic power supply through a 1 HP single phase electric motor at 960 RPM and 220 V. It also suits small-scale food-processing units, cafeterias and entrepreneurs starting a banana chips business.
