Sharma 7.5 HP double-stage pulverizer machine, a commercial stoneless atta chakki for grains and selected spices on a 7.5 HP three-phase motor. Built for commercial flour mills, spice grinding businesses, food processing units, small to medium grinding businesses and entrepreneurs starting a pulverizer business, it processes wheat, rava and similar grain products, spices, sugar, salt, besan, herbs, amla and other compatible dry materials. Double-stage grinding passes material through two stages inside an aluminium grinding chamber with a standard liner and balanced rotor, held in a heavy-duty MS body for regular commercial use. Two separate feeding inlets serve grains and spices, making this 2-in-1 double chamber atta chakki flexible across grinding jobs. An MCB and MPR meter provide electrical protection and monitoring, and the machine installs directly on a stable, level surface. Output depends on the material, moisture, screen selection and operating conditions. The brown powder-coated cabinet has a front control panel with a breaker and red rotary switch, a square vent grille and castor wheels with a brake, plus a stainless grinding chamber whose hinged front door carries the stainless funnel hopper and opens onto a multi-arm rotor and perforated screen. It runs at 2880 RPM on 420 V, with approximate capacity of 60 to 70 Kg and power consumption of about 5.5 Unit. Chamber size is 14 X 6 & 9 X 3 Inch, cutters 6 + 4 Cutter, weight about 225 Kg, and the body is MS (Iron) With Powder Coting. Also known as a double chamber pulverizer, commercial masala grinder and besan grinding machine.
