The Sharma 7.5 HP haldi grinder machine is a commercial masala grinder and blower pulverizer for dry spices, also sold as a mirchi grinder machine, masala chakki, masala mill and spices mill for masala manufacturing units. It grinds coriander, red chili, turmeric, black pepper, cumin, curry leaves and other dry spices for powder production. Cyclone grinding technology combines a power hammer beater, with Hammer & Patti cutters, and blower-assisted collection that moves ground spice into the cyclone. The semi-automatic machine has a heavy-duty fabricated MS body built for repeated commercial use and needs a foundation for stable installation. Its grey metal build includes an angled feed hopper, a steel stand, a curved duct and a cone-bottomed cyclone collector, suiting spice shops and small to medium food processing businesses. The 7.5 HP Three Phase motor runs at 1440 RPM on 440 V, with power consumption of 7.5 Unit per Hours. Capacity is 45 to 55 KG, chamber size 7 X 12 Inch and approximate weight 250 kg.
