Sharma 2 HP hammer pulverizer machine, an atta chakki and spices grinder for turning wheat, rice, maize, dry spices and other dry raw materials into flour or powder at home or in a small business. It runs on a 2 HP single-phase motor at 220 V and 1440 RPM. The body combines CI casting and MS: a heavy-duty fabricated MS body with a cast iron (CI) grinding chamber of 8 Inch, and a specially designed rotor with a 4 Hammer cutter for fine flour or powder. It is semi automatic, with capacity approx. 15 to 20 Kg, power consumption 1.75 Unit and weight approx. 90 Kg. It suits small flour-processing businesses, spice grinders and local food-processing units, and installs on a firm, level foundation. The green-painted unit has a wide conical hopper over the round grinding housing and a pulley with round cut-outs, belt-driven from a black motor mounted below, all on an open square-tube stand frame. It is also known as a small hammer pulverizer, 2in1 pulverizer, hammer mill grinder and masala chakki.
