Sharma 10 HP impact pulverizer, a screenless masala chakki for fine grinding of turmeric, besan ingredients, coffee and dry grains up to 200 mesh. It is also sold as a screenless pulverizer, impex pulverizer, turmeric grinder machine, coffee grinder and basan grinder. Heavy hammers and cutters break material down into fine powder. The screenless design takes the place of a conventional grinding screen, which can reduce screen handling and replacement. The heavy fabricated MS body is built for regular commercial use in spice units, flour mills and food-processing businesses. Final fineness depends on the material, its moisture and the feed rate. The 10 HP three-phase motor runs at 1440 RPM on 440 V, with power consumption of 7.5 Unit. Capacity is approx. 35 to 45 Kg, weight is approx. 250 Kg, and operation is semi automatic. An off-white cyclone collector joins the mill through an outlet pipe, with a top feed hopper and a belt-driven blue motor on a shared stand with bolt-down foot plates.
