Sharma 10 HP double chamber cyclone pulverizer, a double-stage cyclone atta chakki for commercial grain grinding, offered as a "Flour Mill Without Motor". It is built for a 10 HP Three Phase motor that drives both the grinder and the blower, and suits commercial flour mills, grain processing units, grocery shops and small manufacturing businesses looking for a high-capacity alternative to a stone-type atta chakki. Two grinding stages carry six beaters in one and four in the other (6 + 4 Cutter), inside a CI casting chamber given as 12 inches and as 12 X 4 And 8 X 4 Inch. The integrated cyclone handles the ground material, an oil tank lubricates the bearings, and anti-vibration pads let it stand on a level, load-bearing surface. Capacity is given as 60 to 80 Kg and as approx. 80–90 kg per hour; speed as 1440 RPM and as approx. 3,000–4,000 RPM. It runs on 440 V at 7.5 Unit Approx., weighs 350 Kg, is semi automatic and is built of CI Casting And MS on a heavy-duty fabricated body. At high speed it runs louder than a stone chakki, so hearing protection suits the operator. The brown machine has a tray hopper, a blower housing, a long pipe to a cyclone separator with a white cloth collection bag, and a round grinding chamber with a hinged silver door over the rotor and perforated screen.
