Urad Punjabi papad is a hand-made papad, very popular among Punjabis for its spicy nature. It is rolled with the help of oil and hygienically prepared with pure sorted urad dal (black gram), mixed with edible oil, asafetida and black pepper. It is named 500 G.M. and listed at 400 grams; shelf life is 60 days. Delivery takes 2-3 days in Rajasthan and 3-5 days elsewhere in India, including UP, Uttarakhand, HP, Delhi, Punjab and Haryana.
