Moong Special is a little spicy, hand-made moong papad rolled with Besan (chickpea flour), named 500 G.M. with a pack weight given as 400 g. It is hygienically prepared from pure sorted pulses with edible oil, black pepper, asafoetida and other spices. Roasted, it turns pale cream with fine blisters and light brown spots. Shelf life is 60 days. Delivery takes 2-3 days within Rajasthan and 3-5 days to UP, Uttarakhand, HP, Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and the rest of India.
