Moong Punjabi is a traditionally spicy, hand-made moong papad, named 500 G.M. with a pack weight given as 400 g. It is rolled with Atta (whole wheat flour) and hygienically prepared from pure sorted pulses with edible oil, black cumin, asafoetida, mace, nutmeg, black pepper and other spices. Roasted, the round papad turns cream with blistered, dark-spotted patches. Shelf life is 60 days. Delivery takes 2-3 days within Rajasthan and 3-5 days to UP, Uttarakhand, HP, Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and the rest of India.
