Moto-Torque semi-full exhaust system for KTM motorcycles: a mid bend pipe and end can for the Duke, RC, Adventure and Enduro models. Lighter than the stock exhaust, it adds engine performance with a race-bike sound note, fits easily and works with the stock engine mapping. The muffler and bend pipe are stainless steel 304 grade, with an Aluminium outer sleeve on the end cap. High-density silicon wool imported from the USA gives heat resistance up to 1600 Degree, and a DB killer quiet inserter comes with it. The body carries a lifetime rust warranty; heat turns the steel a bit yellowish after use, the nature of stainless steel, which the warranty excludes. Buyer's guide
- Confirm the fit: model, year and emission norm (BS4 or BS6), and slip-on or full system.
- Check the material, such as SS 304 stainless steel, and the pipe gauge.
- Check the sound level in dB and whether a removable dB killer or baffle is supplied.
- Ask for the noise and emission compliance documents for road use.
- Ask whether a fuel tuner or ECU remap is advised after fitting.
- Ask for warranty terms on the finish against heat discolouration.
