It shields the engine base, underbody and exhaust area from rocks, debris and road hazards on both highways and trails. The plate wraps under the engine with an upright front panel, an angled lower section and vent slots along the sides that let air through for engine cooling while protecting key components. It mounts as a precision fit on the OE frame points, and the matte black powder coating gives a long-lasting finish. Listed weight 1.987 gm; dimensions 48 x 27.5 x 17.5.
