Lumina Steel gives the Lumina wood-look tile collection a mid-grey tone, in a 20x120 CM plank with a matt finish with structure. Its face shows fine grey wood grain with darker streaks and cathedral figures, and the planks lay in a staggered pattern. The tile has water absorption of < 0.05% (ISO-10545-3) and breaking strength of > 1800 N (ISO-10545-4). Surface abrasion resistance is Class PEI 4 (2100 revolutions) (EN 154) and stain resistance Class 5 (ISO-10545-14), with slip resistance (COF) of > 0.40 dry, <0.40 wet (ISO-10545-17). It passes frost (ISO-10545-12) and thermal shock (ISO-10545-9) tests and is rated Class A1 - A1 fl for reaction to fire. - Check breaking strength, flatness and edge straightness (rectified edges).
- Confirm the finish and slip resistance for the intended floor or wall area.
- Ask for conformity to IS 15622 or ISO 13006 and the batch test report.
- Ask for box coverage in square metres and the shade and calibre code on each box.
