The polished finish lays as a smooth, reflective surface. Water absorption is below 0.05% (ISO-10545-3) and breaking strength above 1700 N (ISO-10545-4). Surface abrasion resistance is Class PEI 4 (EN 154), scratch hardness is 5 on the Mohs scale (EN 101), and glossiness is above 90% (gloss meter 60°). The tile passes frost (ISO-10545-12) and thermal shock (ISO-10545-9) tests, holds Class 5 stain resistance (ISO-10545-14) and is rated Class A1 - A1 fl for reaction to fire.
