Molded / Micro Hook Tape
Molded hook tape in Nylon / PP, the only product of its kind made in India. Widths run from 5 mm to 160 mm, with hook height classes #1, #2 and #4. Standard colours are transparent white and black, with custom colours under MOQ. The tape is also made with pressure-sensitive adhesive, or as shapes and coins to customer instructions. The black tape carries evenly spaced rows of molded hooks on a smooth base.
Customized Hook & Loop Straps (with / without cinch)
Hook and loop straps made to the customer's design and dimensions, with a plastic or metal cinch or as plain straps. Notch shapes vary, and the back of the strap can be screen printed for brand awareness. Straps are welded or stitched, with the highest proven shear strength for the respective market, for cable wrapping, medical and packaging uses such as tourniquets, file wraps and luggage straps. Colour and width are suggested from experience. Buckled luggage straps come in orange, green, yellow, pink, purple, blue and red.
Back-to-Back Hook & Loop Rolls
Back-to-back hook and loop tape that combines molded hook with 200-280 GSM nylon velour loop, bonded with PUR adhesive. Widths run from 12 mm to 200 mm and are customized to requirement. It is made from eco-friendly raw material on in-house processing equipment for consistent quality. Supplied in rolls; blue is one colour made.
Hook & Loop Coins and Square Cut Pieces
Die-cut hook and loop dots and square pieces, supplied with adhesive and a polyfilm or release paper backing. Round dots come in 13, 16, 19, 22 and 49 mm; square pieces in 12, 16, 20, 25, 30, 38 and 50 mm widths, with lengths cut to the customer's requirement. Strips and other shapes and lengths are cut on request. Black dots sit in rows on a white liner wound into a roll.
Adhesive Hook & Loop Tape
Self-adhesive hook and loop tape with pressure-sensitive adhesive on the back, in rubber-based or acrylic-based glue. Rubber adhesive, sensitive to high temperatures and moisture, gives higher initial tack than acrylic and suits wood, glass, plastic and metal. The hot melt adhesive works at around 90 degrees, with a silicon-coated white release paper or polyfilm liner. Peel adhesion at 180° per PSTC 101 is 2.5 kg/inch, and the adhesive complies compositionally with FDA 175.105. Made in PA or PA-PES. Formats include molded hook with PSA, PA hook and loop shapes, 13/16/19 & 49 mm coins and velour loop tape with PSA.
Back-to-Back Hook & Loop Cable Wraps
Back-to-back cable wraps pairing molded nylon hook with 220 GSM velour loop and a strong permanent adhesive on the reverse. Widths are 12, 16 and 20 mm, in black, yellow, red, blue and green, colours that support labelling, identification and Kaizen in IT server rooms. Supplied as 25 m rolls or as finished ties of 4, 6 and 8 inch length, with the customer's own brand added.
Sew-on Hook & Loop Tape
Sew-on hook and loop tape in 100% polyamide or a PA-PES mixture, offered in customized sizes and dye-to-match colours. Rolls come in black, white and beige, and the tape is stitched onto the item it fastens. Certifications: IS 8156-2016 for strength and colourfastness, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and FMVSS302 fire retardant. Applications include apparel, aviation, automotive, medical, defence and sports.
Knit / Auto Loop Tape
Autoloop is a high-flexibility knit loop tape used with molded or mushroom hook. Its loose loop suits automotive, aircraft and train seating, giving a better seam line and flexibility on the appearance side of the seat. It is made in any width and in customer-required colours for Pokayoke. SGS testing covers VOC, odour and flammability as per FMVSS302. The tape is white with two red loop bands along its length.
Welduddles Hook & Loop Shapes
"Welduddles" are square-cut and round hook and loop pieces in customized sizes, made to replace plastic snap fasteners and complex machine operations. They come in matted parts for easy operation and alignment on PVC bags and pouches: peel off the cover and attach the part to the bag with finger pressure. Black pieces sit on a yellow release liner, supplied in rolls, strips and stacked sets.
Micro / Slim Loop Tape

LFC Zipper and Cut-Length Zips
LFC zippers and cut-length zips of 6 inch and 8 inch or any customized length, fully furnished with open-ended stops and puller for ready use. CFC nylon or polyester coil zipper rolls are made in #3, #5, #8 and #10, in different weight qualities that affect tension strength after stitching, for luggage and outdoor binding. PA monofilament gives the highest pull strength after the bend of zipping. Colour and packing are customized. A beige zip with slider and puller.
#5 Automotive Reverse Zip
Coil-based #5 reverse zip for automotive seating, where its flexibility is an advantage. The coil teeth are subtler and lighter than plastic or metal teeth, combining flexibility and durability to automotive standards. Invisible and normal zippers are also made to drawing with autolock and non-autolock sliders, in fire retardant FMVSS302 and SES standards. A red zip with a cream cord puller.

Combining elastic and loop tape in one, it serves the medical sector.
