Groundnut (peanut) decorticator in two models, TP-GD1 and TP-GD2, that shells groundnut into kernels and husks at 300 Kg / Hour or 500 Kg / Hour. A built-in air blower throws the husks away, and the kernels are screened to separate split kernels from whole ones. Three outlets deliver pure red kernel, 5% split kernel and about 5% unshelled groundnuts. A special provision shells groundnut for seed purposes free of breakage. 100 kg groundnut gives 72 kg kernels and 28 kg husks, and the husks can be used as fuel in a boiler. The teal steel machine has a top hopper, a mounted electric motor, belt pulleys and sloping screen trays on a steel base frame. TP-GD1 weighs 300 Kg, measures 68(L) x 39(W) x 56(H) inches, takes 2.8 CBM and runs on a 2 HP Motor. TP-GD2 weighs 400 Kg, measures 68(L) x 49(W) x 53(H) inches, takes 3.8 CBM and runs on a 4 HP Motor.

Castorseed / jatropha decorticator, models TP-CD1 and TP-CD2, that shells castor seed into husks and kernels at 275 Kg / Hour or 450 Kg / Hour. A built-in air blower throws the husks away, and a screen separates the whole kernels. It is supplied as part of a complete castor oil mill plant. The machine gives excellent performance, and past customers have reported they liked it very much. It has a teal-painted body with a top hopper, side handwheel, belt pulleys and a sloping screen tray.
