The SR-1200 Spinning Rolling machine is a metal spinning lathe for shaping stainless steel and aluminium utensils and other pieces of metal and wood. It serves automotive component manufacturing and appliance fabrication, and works mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. It uses advanced CNC spinning technology with semi-automatic PLC control, a touch screen panel and a digital interface, giving accuracy up to 0.1 mm and output up to 500 pieces per day at low noise. Emergency stop and overload protection are built in. Cooling is by air, lubrication is automatic and the drive is direct. It is built for long functional life, precise engineering, high efficiency, energy efficiency and low maintenance, and each machine is tested on several quality parameters. The heavy-duty welded frame is paint coated and carries 2 rollers of 300 mm diameter and an 80 mm main shaft, with a maximum rolling thickness of 4 mm. Power is 5 HP (3.7 kW) at 415 V, 50 Hz, on an input voltage range of 380-440 V. The machine measures 2100 mm x 1200 mm x 1650 mm, weighs 1500 kg, runs at 0-45C and standard atmospheric pressure, and tolerates 85% ambient humidity. Its colour is listed as Blue & White; the machine itself is painted light green, with an enclosed belt cover at the headstock end, spoked handwheels on the carriage and tailstock, and the motor mounted below the bed.
