Mini bench lathe machine, model "Mini Lathe 7x12/7x14", for precision turning, facing, threading, boring and drilling of small metal parts in tool rooms, workshops, maintenance departments, laboratories, training institutes and hobby use. Electronic variable speed control runs the spindle from 100 to 2500 RPM, and a 550W (0.75 HP) motor drives it through a belt. At 700 mm x 300 mm x 380 mm (approx.) and about 40 kg, it is portable and fits benches where space is limited, suiting single-piece or small-batch production and prototyping. A heavy-duty cast iron bed gives stability and vibration resistance, and the machine is built for sturdy, durable construction, smooth and reliable operation, easy operation and low maintenance, long service life and an accuracy of 0.05 mm. Semi-automatic and manual modes are set with simple toggle and rotary switches, using precision lathe technology. It swings 180 mm over the bed, takes 300 mm between centers on a 100 mm bed, and has a 20 mm spindle bore, MT2 tailstock taper, a 0.5-2.5 mm thread pitch range and 50 mm cross slide and compound slide travel. It runs on 220V, 50/60 Hz, within a 5C - 45C operating range. Lubrication is manual, cooling is manual with an optional oil pump, and the finish is paint coated or powder coated in Blue & Grey. The headstock carries a digital display and a red emergency stop, with a chuck guard over the 3-jaw self-centering chuck and a four-way tool post on the carriage. It comes with a tool box, gears, adjustment tools, an oil can and centers, and suits a workshop bench or cabinet top.
