SCARY SCREAM MINI is the MINI variant of the SCARY SCREAM ground chakkar (spinning wheel cracker), part of the "Premium Chakkars" range from a Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu fireworks maker in business since 1942. A chakkar is set flat on the ground and lit at its fuse, then spins in place throwing a ring of sparks. Each chakkar is a round disc in a pink-and-blue printed wrap with a short fuse at the edge. The discs come packed in a long window box in blue, purple and pink with a steam-train illustration and the SCARY SCREAM MINI name across the top. Catalogue code: SCARY SCREAM MINI
