SCARY SCREAM is a ground chakkar (spinning wheel cracker) with bright green discs, part of the "Premium Chakkars" range from a Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu fireworks maker in business since 1942. Laid flat on the ground and lit at its fuse, a chakkar spins in place and throws a ring of sparks. Each chakkar is a round disc in a vivid green wrap with a short fuse at the edge. The discs sit in a long window box in orange and yellow, printed with a steam-train illustration and the SCARY SCREAM name in large lettering. Catalogue code: SCARY SCREAM
