Red & Green Chakkars are ground spinner fireworks made in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, listed under Chakkars. A chakkar is lit on the ground, where it spins in place and throws out a ring of sparks. Each chakkar is a flat, round wheel wound in bands of yellow, red, green and blue with a silver outer edge. The set comes in a red box printed "Red & Green CHAKKARS" over a swirl of coloured light.
