Raleigh type bicycle hub cone, model SC-HA-108, with a 5/16" X 26 TPI thread for the hub axle. The cone threads onto the axle and gives the hub ball bearings their inner running surface, letting the bearing play be set. It is a compact grey metal cone with an internal thread and a tapered bearing face.
