Phillip type bicycle handle, model SC-H-101, is a chrome-finish handlebar with a straight centre section and ends that sweep up and back. Black grips cover both ends, and rod brake levers run along the bar on each side of the central clamp. A long vertical stem holds the bar and lets the rider steer the bicycle.
