NRR type bicycle handle, model SC-H-103, is a chrome handlebar with a straight centre section and upturned ends that curve back toward the rider. Rod brake levers run along the bar, with their rods leading down beside the long vertical stem. The stem holds the bar at the centre clamp and lets the rider steer the bicycle.
