With double side stays on each side, the "DEVIL" bicycle carrier, model SC-CA-108, is a black powder coated rear rack for 24 and 26 inch wheels. It carries a bag, box or parcel over the rear wheel. The wire grid deck sits on two pairs of stays that join at eyelet ends, with a flat plate fitted between the rear stays. A long looped front arm fixes the rack to the frame.
