Elaichi Green, also known as Cardamon, is whole green cardamom pods for biriyani, neychooru and ghee rice, sold in 50 gms and 25 gms packs. It is an intense, slightly sweet spice that adds warmth and sweetness to a dish, and it can be used whole, as a powder, or as just the seeds inside the pods.
