Sirappu Chicken Kulambu Masala is a chicken masala powder for cooking chicken kulambu, the South Indian chicken curry, sold in a 100 gms pack and in a 1 kg size. Coriander seeds, red chillies, cardamom, fennel, black pepper corns, cinnamon sticks, cloves, turmeric powder and salt are dry roasted and ground into a fine powder. It is prepared with Indian spices and guarantees a pucca, flavourful chicken dish. The pack's Tamil ingredient line lists cloves, star anise, cardamom, bay leaf, coriander, cumin, pepper, fennel, chilli and cinnamon.
