Round gift box with a lid, an openwork metal box from the Iron Wares range, listed in iron. The cylindrical body is pierced all round in a dense scrolling floral filigree pattern between plain bands at the top and base. The ring-shaped lid has a raised rim of leaf-like relief work and a small gold-toned knob. The box carries a silver-toned finish, suited to holding and presenting small items.
