Jote Instants Podi Mix is a combo of four 100 gm podis from JoTe Masala: Moringa Dhal Podi, Curry Leaves Podi, Sesame Idli Podi and Horse Gram Podi. Podi is a South Indian dry spice powder, usually mixed with ghee or oil and eaten with idli, dosa or hot rice. Each podi comes in a kraft paper pouch with a white label carrying its name in English and Tamil; the moringa pouch reads Moringa Dal Podi.
