About this product
Set of eight precision turned parts, mostly bright machined metal with one black-finished fitting, from a range made in diameters from 1 mm to 50 mm. It holds a black hex-headed threaded fitting, a stepped disc with a centre hole, a long grooved stepped body with a cross hole, two short stepped bodies (one cross-holed, one with stamped markings), a large stepped sleeve with a counterbored side hole, and two slim rods with rounded ends. The parts are made from ferrous and non-ferrous metals in lots from 1000 to millions, on CNC Swiss type sliding headstock, single spindle turret, turn mill, 2 axis and multi spindle machines and cam operated Swiss type automatics. Centerless and cylindrical grinding and honing are in-house; heat and surface treatment are outsourced.
