About this product
A precision turned hex-head threaded fitting with a bright machined finish, from a range turned in diameters of 1 mm to 50 mm. It has a hexagonal head, a smooth plain shank, an external thread toward the far end and a short plain spigot at the tip. The range is produced from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, in lot sizes from 1000 to millions of parts. Turning is done on CNC Swiss type sliding headstock turning centers, CNC single spindle turret machines, CNC turn mill centers, 2 axis CNC turning centers, multi spindle machines and cam operated Swiss type automatic lathes. Centerless and cylindrical grinding and honing are in-house, while heat and surface treatment are outsourced.
