Precision turned components in diameters from 1 mm to 50 mm, made from ferrous and non-ferrous metals in lot sizes from 1000 to millions of parts, with a minimum order of 1000 pieces. Production runs on CNC Swiss type sliding headstock and 2 axis turning centers, turn mill centers, single spindle turret and multi spindle machines, and cam operated Swiss type automatic lathes; centerless and cylindrical grinding and honing are in-house, with heat and surface treatment outsourced. Shapes include threaded hex fittings and plugs, hollow bolts with cross holes, slotted sleeves, flanged bushes, knurled and stepped pins, hose-tail fittings and shafts, in silver, brass-toned, copper-toned, gold-toned and black finishes. Parts serve the automotive, hydraulic, aerospace, electronics, watch, medical and dental industries.
