Packerials

From a 12-inch impulse sealer to an automatic form-fill-seal machine, Packerials covers the equipment a packing line needs to seal, code, fill and wrap, and has done so from Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, since 2000. The manufacturer trades online under the Packerials name. Sealing is the deepest part of the range: impulse and hot-bar sealers for polythene, laminated and foil pouches, continuous band sealers in horizontal and vertical builds for 5 kg to 10 kg atta and rice bags, induction and foil cap sealers for PET, plastic and glass bottles, cup sealers for curd, sweets and beverages, multi-compartment tray sealers for meal boxes, table-top and single-chamber vacuum packers, and L-sealers for shrink wrapping. Coding is handled by thermal inkjet printers, handheld coders and continuous inkjet machines from names such as Domino and Alphajet, paired with printing conveyors. Filling equipment includes digital weigh fillers from 100 g to 1,000 g and an auger powder filler rated 10 g to 1,500 g. Ink cartridges, solvents, Teflon belts, carbon brushes and band-sealer spare parts are stocked for the same machines, keeping a line running from a single source. Buyers come from food and beverage, pharmaceutical, dairy, spices and masala, and general manufacturing.
