Star Packaging

Founded in 1998, Star Packaging manufactures spiral-wound paper tubes and containers from recycled paperboard, offering design, printing, and labelling for custom paper tubes in a range of colours and styles. Manufacturing is supported by an in-house engineering team along with a dedicated machine shop and maintenance department, giving the company flexibility to develop packaging systems rather than relying solely on outsourced tooling. The product range extends beyond standard paper tubes to food-grade packaging, composite cans, paper containers, cardboard tubes, embroidery thread tubes, mailing tubes, paper cores, PVC containers, edge protectors, and paper tube housings for LED and CFL lighting products, alongside cosmetic paper tube containers and protective tube packaging for automotive parts. This breadth reflects a focus on adapting a single core material and process, recycled paperboard tube-winding, across a wide set of end uses, from lighting and cosmetics to food and industrial components. Quality control runs through a dedicated in-house testing lab, with a Total Quality Management system in place to guide production standards across the paper tube and container lines.
