Soriso Ceramic

Soriso Ceramic is a Morbi, Gujarat-based manufacturer of digital glazed porcelain tiles, centred on 200x1000mm wood strip planks alongside 600x600mm rustic and wood-look floor tiles. Its focus is wood-effect flooring: designs drawn from many wood species, from rustic reclaimed planks to smooth contemporary finishes, made to bring natural textures into every room of a home. The 200x1000mm format carries most of the catalogue: 105 Wood Strip designs (codes 5024 and 8000-8423), 40 in the Wood Series, 10 in the Arc Series, 5 in the Travertino Series and 3 in the Metallic Series. The 600x600mm format adds 36 designs in the Rustic & Wood Series and 18 in the Ordinary Rustic & Wood range. Design names run through walnut, teak, birch, pine and wenge woods, travertino looks and metallic blue, brown and copper finishes. The 200x1000mm tiles are tested to ISO 13006 / ISO 10545 methods, with water absorption of 3% - 6%, modulus of rupture Min 22 Ind. Min 20 N/mm2, crazing resistance at 4 cycles at 7.5 bar min, thermal shock of Min. 10 cycles and resistance to all acids and alkalis except hydrofluoric acid; they come 11 mm thick, 5 tiles to a 1 sq m box weighing 25.5 kg. The 600x600mm tiles follow European Standard EN 176 (Group B1b), with water absorption of 2.5 to 3.0 %, flexural strength above 320 kg/cm2, Mohs hardness above 5, abrasion rated PEI 5 / PEI 32 and a frost-proof body; they are listed as 10 mm thick and also as 9.5 mm to 10 mm, packed 4 tiles to a box covering 1.44 sq m (15.5 sq ft) at about 30 kg. Tiles are pallet packed for long-distance shipping, which limits movement in the container, reduces breakage and makes forklift handling easier. Soriso Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. is led by CEO A Vidja, holds GST registration from 2017 and runs factory manufacturing and retail business from Lakhdhirpur Road, Morbi. It makes and exports tiles, with eight countries shown among its markets, and highlights high production capacity, its production facility and quality control.
