Denora Ceramic LLP is a Morbi, Gujarat-based wholesale supplier and exporter of ceramic wall tiles and glazed vitrified tiles, with 1,321 designs in 23 catalogues: 450 x 300 mm wall, elevation and poster tiles, and 600 x 600 mm and 600 x 1200 mm GVT and PGVT tiles. Denora Group & Company was started in December 2008 by Mr. Nishant Detroja, Director, with its registered office in Morbi, known as "Ceramic City". The largest share is 773 designs in 450 x 300 mm: wall tiles in the Glossy (269), Matt (97), GVT (66), Kitchen (60), Flower (45), Fish (27) and Pooja (14) series, plus Elevation tiles (171) and Poster tiles (24). The wall tiles are marked "100% WATER PROOF TILES", with matching floor tiles available in 300 x 300 mm for the Glossy, Matt, GVT, Fish and Flower series; Elevation tiles come in matt and glossy. In vitrified tiles, the 600 x 600 mm range has 305 designs: 2021 PGVT (195) in Marble, 3D, Bookmatch and Decorative series, and 2021 Matt GVT (110). The 600 x 1200 mm range has 243 designs: PGVT glossy (151), GVT matt (69) and HG high gloss (23). The 600 x 600 mm tiles offer germ resistance, a flexible body, sun / UV resistance, frost resistance, high resistance to breaking and easy cleaning; the HG tiles offer an eco-friendly, dimensionally stable, waterproof and hygienic surface. Both sizes are packed at 1.44 sq. m per box: 4 pieces of 600 x 600 mm or 2 pieces of 1200 x 600 mm. Denora Ceramic exports tiles worldwide and has a presence in more than 32 countries, including Denmark, Egypt, Nigeria, Oman, Romania, Algeria, Colombia, Argentia, Mexico, Indonesia and Costa Rica. In India it serves all states, along with neighbouring Nepal, through a network of dealers and sub-dealers, and has 1000+ clients across the country. Its quality process runs in four inspection stages: pre-production (raw material and accessories; style, colour and workmanship), on-site during production (production status, timeline and random sampling of semi-finished and finished products), post-production (a random selection of pieces following AQL, with a detailed report within 24 hours) and cargo loading, where pallets are checked to be dry and fungus free.
