About this supplier
Emkay Flexipack Factory traces its founding to 5th January 1996, when Mukund Parmar started the business during Kamurta — a period in the Gujarati calendar traditionally considered inauspicious for launching new ventures. Rather than waiting out the custom, Parmar built the company around a specific technical focus: flexible packaging, reflected directly in the name Emkay Flexipack.
The company manufactures flexible packaging materials in pouch and roll form. Its core process is gravure printing and lamination of polyester and paper substrates, producing the printed film structures used for flexible pouches. Beyond standard gravure lamination, Emkay Flexipack also carries out co-extrusion lamination, which bonds multiple plastic layers directly during extrusion, and CI (central impression) press printing, a rotogravure method suited to high-volume, multi-colour packaging runs.
Emkay Flexipack's packaging has been supplied to named food and consumer brands including Poha Raja, Royal, Khashidoop, Devras, Chili Powder, and Omkar.
The business operates out of Kalol, Gujarat, as a manufacturer, and can be reached through its website, emkayflexipack.com, for gravure-printed and laminated flexible packaging requirements, including pouch and roll-form orders that combine printing and lamination in a single supply chain.
