Bikaneri Badi, also known as Mangodi, is a sun-dried moth dal lentil dumpling from Bikaner, sold in a 400 GM pack for Badi ki Sabzi, Panchkuta and Marwari curries. Prepared to age-old Rajasthani recipes, the badi is hand-processed to keep its authentic flavour, texture and purity.
It is a 100% authentic Bikaneri product, made free of artificial preservatives, hygienically packed and delivered fresh, with pan-India delivery. It suits traditional Rajasthani cooking, festive and family meals, and lovers of authentic regional food. The pieces are pale golden and rounded, flecked with red. Shelf life is 4 months.
