It has an open skeleton frame of bright metal rods that holds the cartridge, a red handle and squeeze trigger, and a plunger rod with a hooked end for pulling back after use. Squeezing the trigger drives the plunger forward to push a steady bead of sealant out of the cartridge nozzle.
