Combination spanner with a raised panel handle, a hand spanner for turning nuts and bolts. One end has an open jaw and the other a closed ring of the same size, so a fastener can be gripped from the side or all the way round. The spanner has a bright silver finish, with the raised panel running along the straight handle between the two heads.
