Shallow offset ring spanner with a bi-hexagonal (12-point) ring at each end, for turning nuts and bolts. The ring heads sit at a gentle angle to the handle, keeping the spanner low and close to the work. The closed rings grip all the way round a fastener head. The tool has a bright silver metal finish and a long, straight handle with a groove panel running down its centre.
