Elliptical panel ring spanner made to DIN 838, with a bi-hexagonal (12-point) ring at each end for turning nuts and bolts. The handle carries an elliptical panel, and the ring heads are offset from the handle for knuckle clearance. The closed rings grip all the way round a fastener head. The spanner has a bright silver metal finish.
