Cold pressed panel ring spanner made to DIN 838, with a bi-hexagonal (12-point) ring at each end for turning nuts and bolts. A cold pressed panel runs along the handle, and the ring heads are offset from it for knuckle clearance. The closed rings grip all the way round a fastener head. The spanner has a bright silver metal finish.
