Vintage Set wash basin with pedestal from the Plain Collection, a white floor-standing pedestal basin measuring 610x490x870mm (25" x 19" x 35"). A pedestal basin pairs a hand-wash basin with a floor column that carries it and keeps the waste pipe out of sight. The rectangular basin has a broad, flat deck with a stepped, moulded front edge, a single tap hole and an overflow at the back of the bowl. It stands on a tall square column with a raised band near the top and a stepped, flared plinth at the floor, giving the set a classic, period look. The finish is plain glossy white.
