"Jazz" closet mechanism, a cistern fitting kit for a WC cistern, sold as a sanitary ware accessory. The kit fills the cistern after each flush and releases the water into the pan when the button is pressed. The set includes a fill valve with a float cup on a vertical arm, a tall white flush valve with a push button on top and a threaded base, a black gasket ring with a spanner-style handle, three small black fixing pieces, and a flexible clear tube with a corrugated section. All parts are in white and clear plastic with black fittings.
