Chanderi silk cotton saree in violet with fine horizontal contrast stripes in pink, green, maroon and grey, edged with a Banaras border of silver-toned floral weaving. The pallu alternates wide plain violet bands with silver-toned woven bands. The narrow stripes run across the whole body, giving a multi-colour pinstripe look against the violet border.
