Listed as Light Violet, the fabric has a soft mauve-pink tone, scattered with woven paisley-style buttas in copper and silver metallic thread. Toward the pallu the buttas grow larger and sit in close rows beside a broad copper band of scalloped floral weaving and a dotted silver stripe.
