Kodia DS - 1030 Tilak is a 5" zinc door stopper of the hinged, drop-down kind, used to hold a door open in place. A small upright mounting plate with three screw holes leads into a round hinge knuckle, from which a tapered arm with a raised centre panel runs down to a flared foot capped with a black rubber pad.
